DESIGN OF A COPLANAR ILLUMINATOR
Purpose:
to minimize mass and weight and provide uniform illumination.
Configuration of a coplanar illuminator:
1 = LED array; 2 = reflection relief; 3 = diffraction microrelief
ÐIntensity distribution from the coplanar illuminator at the distance:
a) 1 mm, b) 1 m, and c) 10 m.
