COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM "MONITORING OF THE MICROVASSULAR SYSTEM"
based
on algorithms for high-speed evaluating the geometrical parameters
of netlike structures.
Purpose: diagnostics of eye diseases via quantitatively evaluating the
eye microvascular changes (conjunctiva and fundus). The system involves original
techniques for evaluating microvascular parameters and a software complex for
analyzing bio-microscopic image.
Developed: LLM. Adopted at research center "Medical technologies", at Samara
State Medical Academy and at Laser Center of Yeroshevsky ophthalmological hospital.
