SOFTWARE "DIAGNOSTICS OF QUALITY OF FUEL
SPRAYING BY INJECTORS"
(based on efficient methods of generalized elliptic approximation of a contour with introduction of non-standard geometrical parameters).

Purpose: computer-aided testing of various injectors via the digital processing of images of visualized spraying torches.
Developed: LLM. Adopted at SSAU.
  1. Generation of conclusions on the spraying quality in terms of separate parameters and integrated characteristics.
  2. Input and pre-processing of cross-section images.
  3. Fragment zooming.
  4. Automatic maintenance of measurements and image database.
  5. Generation of estimates of injector's spraying nonuniformity.
  6. Generation of estimates of the torch geometrical parameters and deviation from standard.
